Are the watches and jewelry genuine, and are you an authorized dealer?
Every brand we carry is fully authorized. You receive the same manufacturer's warranty, the same authentication, and the same after-sales support you would get buying on Fifth Avenue or Bond Street. We have carried the same brands for decades, and our supplier relationships are long-standing. Chulani has been in business since 1959, and our reputation is the only advertising we've ever needed.
Do I need to be a Sandals guest to visit your boutiques?
Our boutiques are located within Sandals resort properties, so access follows each resort's guest policies. The simplest way to arrange a visit is to contact us in advance via WhatsApp at (876) 881-7461 or email info@chulanis.com. We can coordinate access and have your pieces ready for a private viewing before you arrive. Day visitors to Sandals resorts who arrange excursions or dining can typically access the boutique during that visit.
Can I arrange to see a specific piece before I arrive in Jamaica?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Send us your shortlist by WhatsApp or email before your trip and we'll confirm availability, set pieces aside, and have them waiting at your chosen boutique. There is no obligation. Our hours are 10 AM to 9 PM, Monday through Sunday. The earlier you reach out, the more time we have to source exactly what you're looking for.
